Working with Jeff twice weekly is the best thing I do for my body and soul. He is in tune with my objective: to live actively and pain-free. Jeff coaches me through periodic set-backs, which happen. He also senses when I am strong again, and he can raise the bar.

In the past I have had great difficulty in getting motivated to exercise. I am a borderline diabetic and my sugar (and energy) levels have a tendency to fluctuate. Since working out with my trainer (Jeff), my sugar levels have stabilized and I have lost weight and gained in strength and muscle definition. I find him very good at keeping me motivated (not an easy task when it comes to exercising) and I find I now enjoy and look forward to my workouts.
After many years of being overweight and struggling with both the weight and the motivation, I find I am finally getting where I want to be due to the personalized style of training I receive at this gym. I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about their weight loss and fitness goals.
