WHAT DO YOU GET? -The commitment is no different than that of a private session. Every one-on-one session includes sets and rest periods; with 2-4-1 TRAINING your partner performs their sets while you recover. The Professional Trainer will rotate you through the exercises, allowing your partner’s sets to serve as your rest time. The breaks will be significantly shorter and the competitive spirit between two friends allows for unparalleled workouts!
